Refund Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to the Bamboo Project Pack, a downloadable PDF sold for US$1.99 through bamboow.com. It is the only paid item on this site; the calculators and guides are free.

The seller is GrabURL, which operates Bamboow. Payment is processed by GrabURL and appears on your statement as GrabURL.

We refund, on request, in these cases

• It did not arrive. No download link, or the link never worked.
• The file is faulty — corrupt, unreadable, or missing pages.
• It is not what the page described.
• You were charged twice for the same Pack.
• You did not authorise the payment.

In practice, if you tell us within 30 days that the Pack was not worth your $1.99, we will refund it. At this price, arguing costs everyone more than the refund does.

If you are in the EU or the UK

You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right is lost only if you asked for the content to be delivered immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right by doing so.

That is exactly what the tick-box at checkout is for. It is never pre-ticked, its wording is recorded against your order, and the same sentence is repeated in your confirmation email, so you have it on a durable medium:

“I ask for immediate delivery of this digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once the download link is issued.”

If you did not give that acknowledgement, your 14-day right to cancel is intact and we will refund in full on request, no reason needed.

Rights we cannot take away

Nothing here limits your statutory rights. If the Pack is faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything above — including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK and Directive (EU) 2019/770 in the EU.

How to ask

Email support@graburl.com with the email address you used and, if you have it, the order number from your confirmation. No form, no justification required.

We reply within 2 business days. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days — usually far sooner — and we refund the full US$1.99. We do not deduct processing fees.

What happens to your download

A refund revokes the download link. Please delete any copy you have kept.

Before you dispute a charge

If you do not recognise a GrabURLcharge for $1.99, it is almost certainly this Pack. Please email us first — we will refund it immediately, which is faster for you than a bank dispute.
